Responsibilities
- Manage departmental records, correspondence, and confidential documents with precision
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel logistics for senior leadership
- Process payroll timesheets and expense reports with weekly pay cycle adherence
- Support procurement processes and vendor relationship management
- Train staff on administrative systems and compliance protocols

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or Business (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years administrative experience in government/nonprofit sector

- Ohio Notary Public certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
