Responsibilities
- Manage departmental correspondence, records, and confidential documents
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff
- Process financial transactions and budget reports with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize state-of-the-art administrative software and systems
- Prepare official reports and presentations for public hearings
- Train and mentor new administrative staff
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years of administrative experience in government or public sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and record-keeping systems
- California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to obtain security clearance
