- Support budget tracking and procurement processes
- Assist with emergency response coordination during critical incidents
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in government/public sector
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and municipal software systems
- Active Nevada Notary Public certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong knowledge of public records laws and FOIA regulations
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Level II Security Clearance
- Experience with grant administration and reporting
