Responsibilities
- Manage departmental correspondence, records, and filing systems
- Process payroll and expense reports with weekly disbursement
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Provide frontline customer service to state employees and constituents

- Assist with procurement processes and inventory management

Qualifications
