Responsibilities

- Process veterans' benefits paperwork and maintain confidential records per federal guidelines
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and logistics for 50+ staff
- Utilize VA-specific software for data entry, reporting, and document management
- Support veteran outreach initiatives and community engagement events
- Ensure compliance with federal security protocols and privacy regulations
- Train new staff on administrative procedures and systems
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (required for federal employment)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in customer service or administrative support
