Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Manage departmental records, files, and digital documentation systems
- Process routine permits, applications, and administrative paperwork
- Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and event logistics

- Support cross-departmental communication and documentation

Qualifications
