- Research and prototype emerging AI technologies (e.g., AGI precursors, explainable AI)
- Optimize models for real-time inference at edge/cloud convergence points
- Mentor junior engineers in AI best practices and ethical implementation
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed ML frameworks
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Proficiency in MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Strong background in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- Experience with quantum computing APIs (Qiskit, Cirq) preferred
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems at scale
