Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional working groups to assess algorithmic bias and fairness risks
- Develop policy recommendations for responsible AI deployment across global markets
- Conduct ethics impact assessments for high-stakes AI systems in healthcare and finance
- Represent the company in international AI ethics forums and standard-setting bodies
- Mentor technical teams on ethical AI implementation practices
- Monitor emerging AI legislation and adapt compliance strategies proactively
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Public Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in AI governance, tech ethics, or regulatory compliance
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI principles
- Proven track record of scaling ethics programs in tech organizations
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical ethics concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with AI audit tools and bias mitigation methodologies
- Published thought leadership in AI ethics or related domains
- Fluency in at least two languages beyond English
