Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with EU AI Act and NIST standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI deployments
- Develop stakeholder engagement protocols for transparent AI decision-making processes
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI development practices
- Author ethics-by-design guidelines for generative AI and autonomous systems
- Monitor global regulatory developments and advise on compliance strategies
- Establish continuous monitoring systems for ethical AI performance metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Proven experience developing organizational AI ethics policies and review boards
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, AI Bill of Rights, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Research publication record in AI ethics or responsible AI publications
