Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with IEEE 7001 and EU AI Act standards
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment
- Create governance protocols for generative AI and large language models
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in product development lifecycles
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and adapt compliance strategies
- Collaborate with legal teams on AI policy development and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, data ethics, or regulatory compliance
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for ML models (Fairlearn, Aequitas)
- Deep knowledge of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (Google's PAIR, IBM's AI Fairness 360)
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating AI system impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
