Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, AI, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible tech governance
- Proven experience developing AI ethics frameworks and policies
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., Certified AI Ethics Professional) preferred
- Published work on AI ethics or responsible AI deployment
