Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product roadmaps
- Lead bias audits and fairness assessments across all AI systems
- Develop transparent AI explainability protocols for regulatory compliance
- Partner with legal teams to navigate evolving AI legislation and standards
- Establish stakeholder engagement strategies for ethical AI deployment
- Drive organizational culture shift toward responsible AI innovation
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging ethical challenges in AI
- Report on AI ethics metrics to executive leadership and boards
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong background in bias mitigation and fairness algorithms
- Experience with AI explainability techniques (SHAP, LIME)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
- Published work or recognized contributions to AI ethics discourse
