Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with emerging international standards
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Lead stakeholder workshops to establish transparent AI deployment protocols
- Author policy documents for regulatory compliance with evolving AI legislation
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycles
- Monitor emerging AI ethics research and translate findings into actionable guidelines
- Represent the company at industry ethics consortiums and academic symposiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or algorithmic auditing
- Deep understanding of fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) principles
- Proficiency in AI bias detection tools (e.g., IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong technical writing skills with published policy documents or research papers
- Exceptional communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
