- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards for executive stakeholders using Tableau or Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data security standards (HIPAA, FISMA) and agency-specific protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and evaluate program effectiveness
- Prepare comprehensive analytical reports and presentations for congressional briefings
- Stay current on federal data regulations and emerging analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience, preferably in government or healthcare
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Expertise in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI) and reporting tools
- Demonstrated experience with federal data compliance standards (HIPAA, FISMA)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations
- Active or eligible for federal security clearance (US citizenship required)
