Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of current IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for government contracts.
- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions that align with federal standards and compliance regulations.
- Perform system testing, quality assurance, and deployment of software updates and patches.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in a 24/7 environment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and junior analysts.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and user manuals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT analysis, systems engineering, or a related technical role.
- Experience working with government contracts or the public sector is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework, Agile methodologies, and SDLC.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary government security clearances.
