Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or regulatory compliance
- Expertise in fairness metrics, bias mitigation, and explainable AI (XAI)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with cross-functional ethical risk assessment methodologies
- Strong technical writing and stakeholder communication skills
