Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years of AI ethics experience
- Deep understanding of machine learning architectures and their societal implications
- Proven track record in developing AI governance frameworks and compliance protocols
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large-scale neural networks
- Familiarity with emerging regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
