Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for next-gen computational systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects on AI ethics, neural network optimization, and quantum error correction
- Develop predictive models for quantum-resistant cryptography and autonomous systems
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on 2026-adjacent quantum computing initiatives
- Author breakthrough research papers for Nature and IEEE journals
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum-AI hybrid systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq) and transformer architectures
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum journals (NeurIPS, QIP, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, QML)
- Strong Python/C++ proficiency with optimization libraries
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
