Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML with publications at NeurIPS/ICML or equivalent
- Expertise in transformer architectures and generative modeling
- Experience with neuromorphic computing and quantum ML
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems
- Deep understanding of AI ethics and alignment challenges
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq
- Published work on explainable AI for high-stakes domains
