Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge AI models for quantum-enhanced machine learning systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing neural interface prototypes for next-gen human-computer interaction
- Author peer-reviewed research publications for top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Collaborate with robotics engineers to deploy autonomous systems in real-world environments
- Drive ethical AI frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of advanced technologies
- Secure and manage multimillion-dollar research grants from federal and private entities
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Quantum Computing, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum computing conferences (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of deploying production-scale AI systems with measurable impact
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and quantum machine learning principles
- Experience securing and managing government or corporate research grants
- Strong background in neural network architecture design and optimization
