Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Create a comprehensive, long-term strategic vision for AI integration across all business units, anticipating trends up to the year 2026.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee experimental projects in generative AI, predictive modeling, and ethical AI frameworks to ensure scalability.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-level executives and product teams to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate emerging tech stacks (e.g., Quantum AI, Neural Interfaces) and recommend strategic investments.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish governance models for AI deployment to ensure transparency, fairness, and regulatory compliance.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps (3-5+ year horizon).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
