Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the federal IT infrastructure to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and internal systems.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive federal data and comply with privacy laws.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy innovative IT solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits and perform preventive maintenance to mitigate risks.
- Document technical processes and create training materials for staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in IT systems administration or network engineering.
- Experience with federal IT systems, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Federal Security Clearance.
