Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and processing of federal and state government data sets.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with strict government reporting standards and regulations.
- Support the operations team with high-priority administrative tasks and document management.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks on data entry and reporting outputs.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
- Maintain confidential records in compliance with privacy laws and agency protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Public Administration, Information Systems, or Business) or equivalent work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data handling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of government procedures and regulatory compliance is a plus.
