- Identify emerging AI technologies and opportunities for competitive differentiation

- Manage $50M+ AI innovation budget with measurable ROI tracking
- Represent company at industry forums and shape AI policy discourse
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategy leadership
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives to $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and quantum computing integration
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience managing global AI teams across 3+ continents
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical concepts to C-suite
