Responsibilities
- Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure upgrades required to support the company's 2026 strategic goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning pipelines.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate quantum-ready algorithms into AI models.
- Oversee the deployment of autonomous AI agents capable of complex decision-making in dynamic environments.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessment and ethical analysis of emerging AI technologies.
- Present technical strategies to executive stakeholders to secure buy-in for long-term initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning architecture, or software development.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern neural network architectures.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact AI products.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Familiarity with blockchain technologies and decentralized AI networks is a plus.
