Responsibilities

- Leadership & Culture: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team focused on innovation and high-performance delivery.
- R&D Oversight: Direct research initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Neural Networks.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Scalability: Architect systems that can handle the projected data loads of the 2026 era.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software engineering and 5 years in executive leadership roles.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and Quantum computing principles.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving technological transformation in a fast-paced environment.
