Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Spearhead the creation and execution of a long-term technical vision that aligns with the company's strategic goals for the upcoming years.
- Lead AI & Machine Learning Innovation: Direct the architecture of our core AI models, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical implementation.
- Manage Engineering Ecosystems: Oversee global engineering teams, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Drive Digital Transformation: Identify emerging technologies (such as Quantum Computing or Edge AI) and integrate them into our product offerings before they become industry standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence: Establish robust DevOps practices, security protocols, and infrastructure governance to support high-traffic enterprise solutions.
Qualifications
- Executive Leadership Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 3 years as a CTO or VP of Engineering.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate market trends and define a clear technology strategy for a 3-5 year horizon (specifically relevant to the 2026 landscape).
- Hands-on Engineering: Strong background in programming languages such as Python, Go, or C++ with the ability to engage in high-level architecture discussions.
- Change Management: Proven track record of leading organizational change and scaling engineering teams during rapid growth phases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
