- Manage municipal records, council proceedings, and official documentation with precision
- Oversee election administration and voter registration processes
- Provide administrative support to City Council meetings and public hearings
- Ensure compliance with state open records laws and municipal regulations
- Coordinate public records requests and document retention policies
- Lead customer service initiatives for municipal licensing and permits
- Develop and implement records management systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years municipal government or public sector experience
- Colorado Municipal Clerk certification (preferred)
- Proficiency in records management software and document imaging
- Expert knowledge of Colorado open records laws and Sunshine provisions
- Exceptional written communication and public speaking skills
- Experience managing election processes and voter registration
