- Supervise clerk staff and departmental budget management
- Serve as official custodian for city seals and public documents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 5+ years municipal government or legal records management experience
- Arizona Notary Public certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Expertise in records retention policies and open meeting laws
- Advanced proficiency in document management systems (e.g., Laserfiche)
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
