- Manage, preserve, and provide access to municipal records, ordinances, and meeting minutes
- Oversee public meeting coordination, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Administer oaths, affirmations, and official document notarization
- Ensure compliance with open records laws and municipal regulations
- Coordinate with city departments on record retention and archival procedures
- Manage voter registration and election document processes
- Provide direct public assistance regarding municipal procedures and records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years municipal or government administrative experience
- Expertise in records management systems and document preservation
- Thorough knowledge of Pennsylvania Sunshine Act and open records laws
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in municipal software (e.g., Tyler Technologies)
- Notary Public certification preferred
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
