  • Proven experience in record-keeping, meeting administration, and document management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Florida Sunshine Laws and public records regulations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with the public and elected officials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with specific government software (e.g., Accela, Tyler Technologies) is a plus.
