Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence, emails, and post efficiently and accurately.
- Process and update departmental records and databases with high attention to detail.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, briefings, and administrative documentation for senior officials.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, data protection policies, and internal procedures.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing professional and courteous assistance.
- Coordinate meetings, book rooms, and arrange travel logistics as required.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory levels.
Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, Grade C/4 or above.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
