Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming government applications and correspondence with high accuracy.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, briefings, and meeting agendas for senior officials.
- Communicate with members of the public and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Conduct research on policy matters to support decision-making processes.
- Support the coordination of departmental events and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital record systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
