Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to agency employees via phone and email, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Perform routine maintenance on computers, printers, and peripherals to ensure optimal system performance.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and software applications.
- Maintain accurate records of IT requests, incidents, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify system trends and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn new software and hardware systems quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible for government employment.
