Responsibilities
- Process court documents, filings, and administrative paperwork with 100% accuracy
- Manage case records and maintain electronic/digital filing systems
- Assist public inquiries with professionalism and knowledge of court procedures
- Schedule hearings, trials, and court appearances for judges and attorneys
- Prepare official correspondence, orders, and judicial notices
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, attorneys, and court personnel
- Ensure compliance with Texas judicial regulations and county policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year clerical or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including early mornings
- U.S. citizenship and valid Texas driver's license
