Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced cybersecurity frameworks for defense systems
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on classified networks
- Monitor security incidents using SIEM tools and implement rapid response protocols
- Collaborate with federal agencies on threat intelligence sharing
- Ensure compliance with NIST and FISMA standards
- Train personnel on cybersecurity best practices and protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience in federal/government sector
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) required
- Expertise in network security, encryption, and threat detection systems
- Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity policies (IA Controls, RMF)
- Strong analytical skills and incident response experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances
