Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain advanced cybersecurity protocols for federal IT systems
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on critical infrastructure
- Lead incident response teams during security breaches and cyber-attacks
- Develop and execute security awareness training programs for federal employees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with NIST and FISMA standards
- Analyze threat intelligence and provide strategic recommendations for security enhancements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with federal/government sector
- CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expertise in risk assessment frameworks and security compliance standards
