Responsibilities
- Patrol and monitor government facilities to ensure safety and security.
- Control access points and verify the identity of visitors and employees.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and respond to alarms.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and log daily activities.
- Respond to emergencies, fire alarms, and medical incidents as needed.
- Enforce company policies and federal regulations strictly.
- Assist in emergency evacuations and crowd control when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Florida Security License (Class D) is required.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement is a plus.
- Reliable transportation is required.
