Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for federal stakeholders.
- Design and develop interactive data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations and security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts and project managers, to define data requirements.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Support the migration and optimization of legacy data systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal or government contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
- Experience with statistical analysis software such as SAS, R, or Python.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (e.g., Secret/Top Secret).
