Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies relevant to federal program evaluation.
- Develop and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Ensure all data reporting strictly adheres to federal standards, OMB guidelines, and agency-specific compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine data collection methodologies and improve data quality.
- Prepare clear, concise technical reports and executive summaries for stakeholders.
- Perform data cleaning, normalization, and validation to support statistical modeling efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python or R for statistical analysis.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws (e.g., FISMA, HIPAA) and federal security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
