Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale datasets from diverse federal sources and legacy systems.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support agency reporting and legislative briefings.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to interpret data trends and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with federal regulations (e.g., FISMA, OMB guidelines).
- Document data processes and create technical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the Federal Government or a defense contractor environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for complex database querying and data manipulation.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating technical findings into business insights.
