Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale federal datasets from multiple sources.
- Design and maintain complex data models and databases to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI for executive leadership.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends and anomalies in government data.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data security standards and privacy regulations (e.g., FISMA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into clear business recommendations.
- Support the documentation of data governance policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the Federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws and federal compliance frameworks.
