Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various federal sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze complex data trends and patterns to provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders and federal decision-makers.
- Design and develop interactive data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data privacy regulations, security protocols (e.g., FedRAMP), and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and understandable reports.
- Maintain and update existing data models and documentation to reflect changes in requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, data warehousing, or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Previous experience working within the federal government or with federal contractors is a significant plus.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (or equivalent) upon offer.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
