Responsibilities
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, normalization, and validation to ensure accuracy for federal reporting.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize complex datasets.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and program managers to translate complex requirements into actionable data insights.
- Ensure all data handling processes comply with federal standards, security protocols (e.g., FedRAMP), and agency policies.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, executive summaries, and trend analyses to stakeholders.
- Conduct data audits and identify opportunities for process improvement within federal systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data extraction.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Familiarity with data governance and federal compliance requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (or equivalent).
