We are seeking a visionary Director of 2026 Innovation & AI Strategy to lead our upcoming technological roadmap. Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's 2026 Technology Roadmap and long-term strategic vision.
- Lead R&D initiatives in Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Quantum Computing.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to integrate cutting-edge tech into our core offerings.
- Predict emerging trends and allocate resources to high-impact innovation projects.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech labs to stay ahead of the curve.
- Mentor senior engineering leaders and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or product strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Machine Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Vision: Demonstrated ability to foresee industry shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving complex projects to completion.
