- Architecture & Infrastructure: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable systems capable of supporting next-generation AI and machine learning workloads.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical strategies into actionable business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Direct a team of futurists and engineers in R&D initiatives focused on quantum computing and advanced automation.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure all future-facing technologies adhere to strict security and regulatory standards.
- Culture of Innovation: Foster a culture of experimentation, encouraging teams to prototype solutions for the 2026 era.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, with at least 5 years in strategic planning or R&D management.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry shifts and build adaptable roadmaps for the year 2026.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, AI/ML paradigms, and emerging tech stacks.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performance engineering teams.
