We are looking for a visionary Director of Future Technologies to define the strategic roadmap for our operations leading up to and through 2026. Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026, focusing on AI, automation, and digital transformation.
- Lead the research and development of predictive models to forecast market trends and technological shifts.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategies with broader business objectives and revenue targets.
- Oversee the integration of emerging tools (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing concepts) into existing workflows.
- Manage a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to drive innovation.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of long-term technology initiatives.
- Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies for future tech adoption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic technology leadership role, preferably within a high-growth tech environment.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing long-term technology strategies (5+ year horizons).
- Strong background in financial modeling and budgeting for large-scale tech projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing diverse teams across multiple time zones.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
