Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival at the MVD service center.
- Process driver license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title transfers accurately and efficiently.
- Answer complex inquiries regarding vehicle laws, fees, and documentation requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all records and digital files are up to date.
- Operate computer systems, scanners, and printers to manage motor vehicle databases.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or public contact roles preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with data entry systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict government regulations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid Arizona Driver's License is required.
