Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds using provided equipment (mowers, trimmers, hand tools)
- Operate recreational facility machinery safely and efficiently
- Install and maintain playground equipment and sports facilities
- Assist in event setup/breakdown for community activities
- Perform seasonal landscaping and irrigation system upkeep
- Conduct routine safety inspections of park amenities
- Collaborate with team on park beautification projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to operate provided heavy machinery (training provided)
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather
- Basic knowledge of landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and equipment guidelines
