Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including mowing, trimming, and landscaping
- Operate park equipment (mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems)
- Set up/take down event venues and recreational facilities
- Ensure park safety through regular inspections and hazard removal
- Assist with youth sports programs and community events
- Perform routine facility maintenance and minor repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service to park visitors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Basic equipment operation experience preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (weekends/holidays)
- Pass background check and drug screening
